core/port/port.c (deferred compare): when m->frames != p->entry_frames the call is counted as skipped, never compared. This is a biased blind spot (calls interrupted by NMI), e.g. CalcScrollPos 6 856 compared / 7 577 calls (docs/ports.md).

Scope: compare these calls too (snapshot handling across the NMI, or compare only the routine's own outputs), or show they cannot differ; report the skipped share per port meanwhile.

From the 2026-11-02 plan review.
