Plan step 4e. draftc.py drafts are goto-based: rebuild if/else and loops (CT structure module), handle jump tables (switch), add groundtruth (port vs draft: same accesses and call-outs) and mechanical style checks (CT portsmell/portstyle) so the LLM pass only renames and restructures. Proof: structured drafts of the 9 ported field routines, 0 mismatch in draft_check US+JP; goto count before/after.
