Commit the first slice drafted in the workspace (187 vars, 4 structs, RAM code images, US/JP verified) and write tools/gen_state.py generating typed accessors into core/state/ (bounds-checked in debug). Open questions recorded in the draft format doc (DP layout per mode, name prefixes, $0630-$0632 timing meter).

Starting (branch ram-map, delegated to a fresh agent, reviewed and merged by the main session): commit re/ram_map.toml from the workspace draft, tools/gen_state.py generating core/state/ accessors, replace the hand-written battle accessor, move the draft printer and symboliser into tools/, peek/poke by RAM-map name in ff6cli --serve and the MCP plugin.

Merged (PR #18). Main-session review: release ctest -LE slow 10/10 (incl. unit.state, gen_state, gen_state --check); generated battle_rng_index accessor reviewed against the map entry; live MCP check after mcp_reload: ff6_peek name=field_rng_index on JP returns addr=7E1F6D size=1. Agent run: ctest release 13/13 with slow tests, shadow battle/Rand unchanged (13/13 US, 16/16 JP). Follow-ups: #14 #15 #16 #17.
