Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Measured so far (title, opening, field, first battle; US and JP): only the
$1500/$1504trampolines and the cutscene program at$7E:5000. Five more trampoline writers exist in the source (menu, world init, world cutscene, The End, btlgfx). Needs routes reaching them, then aramexec-style run with the instruction hook; any RAM-executed address outside the known table is a finding.Starting: branch
ram-exec, delegated to a fresh agent. Plan: a RAM-execution trace in ff6cli (instruction hook), run it onfield_menu_tourand on a new route reaching the world map (Narshe escape); The End needs a late-game start point (out of reach for now, will be recorded as remaining).Merged PR #23. Main-session review: release
ctest -LE slow13/13; route checkpointmode=world, party Terra+Locke at world position (84, 34) after 79 761 frames (US). Agent: slow suite 21/21 (66 min).Result: on every mode reachable today (title, opening, field, battle, menu, world map walking; US and JP) the only RAM-executed code is the
$1500/$1504trampolines (one JML each) and the cutscene program ($7E:5000-7B42US,$7E:5000-7AE4JP). No unexplained address. Handlers per mode indocs/ram_trace.md.Closing: what remains (The End, ending, World of Ruin part of the cutscene program, vehicles and their raster IRQs) needs late-game start points and is tracked in #22.
